My MED card, my dope, myself and the State Trooper?

Well dew to my own led foot. I got stopped a few weeks back by a Colorado State Trooper. I had not been smoking for a couple of hours but he smelled the OZ I had with me right away. I gave him my Med card along with all my other required paper work. He came back gave me a road side. I told him I was reluctant to do a road side because if it went to court I was allowing him to gather evidence he could use later. I took the test anyway and passed. He then came back and asked to see my dope. I pull out all I had which was a weighed OZ a maybe an eighth in a bottle. I told him he could look for more if he wanted. He said that he felt I had not lied to him so their was no need to look. We talked some about the law and how it's sort a grey for them right now. Then he gave me a break because of my cooperation on the traffic beef. Gave me my dope and sent me on my way. I told him I would be mailing in the fine! Things are a changing!
