my lil brother is 11 years old. he is currently suffering from motor tics which include: incessant head shaking and wrist snapping. my parents and i ahve tried everything, and nothing has worked. im jsut wondering if its time we try medical marijuana. i know he is SO young, but nothing else is giving him relief. and yea it is kinda unethical. i just wanted you guys to share your feelings with me

you know when they say coffee stunts your growth? well anything that alters your brain actually..smoking ciggarettes..etc. when your brain or body is still developing it will slow it down, and can even stop it..and smoking medical..which is some of the highest quality pot out there is going to be one of the worst things you can actually do..lol

i think the stunting of growth is not only bullcrap, but if it were true, i believe it is the least of the problems. as im sure many people with this syndrome end up with arthritis due to the chronic jerking.
id like to say, its sad to know someone so young has to fight with a disorder and cant do ne thing about it.
as far as cannabis, u never know Wut it can do benefit wise. wut do u really have to lose? but i would recommend either Pill form or butter form. the budder can be given to him without him really even knowing it. if u see that its working (as many kids and people have a reaction to the Placibo effect). than persue it.

i wasn't actually saying it "stunts your growth" i was just saying at that young of an age when your brain and body is still developing it can disrupt puberty..sorry i didn't thoroughly explain that...

Giving pot to a 11 year old kid isn't a good idea at all. I don't know about it stunting growth, but giving a mind altering substance to a developing mind must have some consequences.
But if you don't have any other choice, then try to supply it in it's purest possible forms. Hash budder, in food or in pill form. Or with a real vaporizer, not that home made shit.

theres a difference between Altering ones Perception and precisly treating a specific illness. when ur giving ANY medicine to a child u must use small doses. so when using cannabis, ur only using the slightest bit not copious ammounts.
